This workshop is designed to empower and support you through the journey of menopause, whether you are just starting the peri-menopausal journey or are already post menopausal. In this workshop we will explore what menopause is and the significant impact it can have on your life. Together, we will address some of the most common concerns during this stage, such as physical changes, emotional well-being, and lifestyle adjustments. This workshop will provide you will holistic strategies to navigate this transition gracefully. You will learn yoga poses and tools to help manage discomfort, engage in breath-work techniques to foster relaxation and balance, and discover other supportive practices to enhance your well-being. Remember, you are not alone in this journey- resources and community support are available! Invite your BFF to share in this special workshop. No previous yoga experience is necessary. Please wear something comfortable that allows for easy movement. This workshop is a great foundation to our upcoming Menopause Harmony Yoga class, a 6 week class that dives even deeper into the topic. New series begins Feb 18.
