Join our prenatal yoga class led by a knowledgeable and skilled yoga therapist and certified prenatal yoga teacher. This specialized class is designed to support the expectant parent in their journey towards a healthy and mindful pregnancy. During each session, experience a gentle and nurturing practice tailored specifically for the unique time of pregnancy. Your instructor will guide you through a series of safe and effective yoga postures, breathing exercise and relaxation techniques that promote physical strength, flexibility and emotional well-being. Through the practice of prenatal yoga, you will learn to connect with your changing body, alleviate common pregnancy related discomforts, and cultivate a sense of relaxation and inner peace. Your instructor will provide modifications and adjustments to ensure your comfort throughout the class. The benefits of prenatal yoga extend beyond the physical body. By incorporating mindfulness and breath awareness, you will enhance your ability to cope with the emotional ups and downs of pregnancy, reduce stress, and prepare mentally and physically for childbirth and parenthood.
